8th Grade English Speech Competition Results Are Out

During Thursday afternoon’s CAS class, the final round of the eighth grade English speech contest was held. The speech contest’s eight contestants were classified into two groups: native and non-native. As the scores were given right after the speeches, the atmosphere was very tense. After a round of fierce competition, we finally found out who the winners were. The champion of the native group was Cindy Zhao from class 8(1), and the champion from the non-native group was Chloe Zhao from class 8(2). Also, George from class 8(5) got the most popular contestant award.
