College Open Information Session @ SHSID(IV) University of California Los Angeles

On September 11th, Mr. Adam Lopez, Assistant Director of Admissions at the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA), came to the SHSID campus to conduct a college info session open to the entire Shanghai community. About 400 students and parents came to the event in hopes of learning more about the university.

During the information session, Mr. Lopez discussed the major aspects of an education at UCLA: Namely its academic classes, extracurricular activities, sports culture, and career options offered by the school. Later, a Q&A session was introduced to answer some of the questions that students and parents may have about applying or attending UCLA. Mr. Lopez patiently answered these insightful questions with his own knowledge of the institution.
