First Semester Interview and Test Notice for New Students

Dear Parents,

A warm welcome to Shanghai High School International Division! In order to know your child’s academic and overall level, the selective enrollment test and interview will be set on the dates as follows. Please choose the suitable date and let us know.

Date:

(1) March 24th, 2012 (Saturday) The detailed time will be confirmed after all the required application documents are submitted.

You will be informed of the enrollment details on April 1st, 2012 (Sunday).

Those who meet the enrollment requirements, please come to the school to process the enrollment procedures on April 7th (Saturday) from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.

(2) May 12th, 2012 (Saturday) The detailed time will be confirmed after all the required application documents are submitted.

You will be informed of the enrollment details on May 23th, 2012 (Wednesday).

Those who meet the enrollment requirements, please come to the school to process the enrollment procedures on May 26th (Saturday) from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.

(3) July 7th, 2012 (Saturday) The detailed time will be confirmed after all the required application documents are submitted.

(Primarily for the convenience of the current oversea students)

You will be informed of the enrollment details on July 9th, 2012（Monday).

Those who meet the enrollment requirements, please come to the school to process the enrollment procedures on July 10th (Tuesday) from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.

Venue: Shanghai High School International Division, Class Building of Grade 11 and 12 (Annex to Xianmian Building)

Subject: Chinese, English and Math (all including written test and interview)

Grade 9 students are required to be tested on physics.

Grade 10-12 students are required to be tested on physics and chemistry.

Enrollment Procedures:

1. Interview with the principal or the director and confirm the detailed course subjects.

2. Fill in the school forms.

3.Pay the school fees: tuition fee, deposit for textbooks, school bus fee for those who take the bus from Monday through Friday, miscellaneous fee.

4. An admission notice will be issued after all the fees are paid.
