This vibrant season, the Puxi campus is permeated with a special warmth. The charity fair and the charity concert, initiated by the students, have been triumphantly held, showcasing not only their talents and creativity,of the studentsbut also the profound social responsibility felt by all teachers and students. Recently, armed with heartfelt love and anticipation, representatives of middle school teachers and students embarked on a journey to spread warmth, personally delivering the funds raised through these events to multiple charitable organizations, thereby embodying the beautiful aspiration of "Harmony of Music and Kindness, United in Love and Charity."

As part of this community outreach endeavor that transcends the boundaries of their campus, representatives from the middle school section visited the Shanghai Children's Foundation (SCF), where they solemnly presented the charitable donations amassed through the charity fair and the charity concert. These funds are destined to imbue sick children in Shanghai with courage and blessings, bolstering their paths to recovery. Mr. Wang Luning, Chairman, and Ms. Shi Qiuqin, Vice-Chairman of the SCF, reciprocated this act of kindness by presenting the students with certificates of donation, formally acknowledging their philanthropic efforts.

The delegation from the middle school further extended their outreach to institutions such as the Chloe Love Foundation, Shanghai Baby Home for Children in Adversity, and the Tongxing Care Service Center in theMinhang District of Shanghai. The philanthropic journey of SHSID continued unwaveringly, with representatives also extending donations to the Hepu Youth Service Center in Minhang District, Indigo Charity Studio, and Cao Peng Public Welfare Foundation, among others. Their focus remained firmly on the education and development of left-behind children in remote areas and children with autism. Of particular note, the support provided to the Cao Peng Public Welfare Foundation enabled the establishment of specialized 'Love Classrooms,' where children with autism can explore the wonders of science, engage with the beauty of art, and thereby gain a deeper understanding of themselves, fostering self-realization and personal growth. This multifaceted approach to giving underscores the school's comprehensive commitment to uplifting marginalized communities and nurturing the potential of every child.

Moreover, through Shanghai Business News, a portion of the donations is designated to fund a nutrition breakfast program for teachers and students in the Nujiang region of Yunnan Province, with the aspiration that even those in theremotest mountainous areas start their day fortified with nutritious meals, enhancing their physical wellbeing. Additionally, the funds aim to improve school facilities, thereby creating a more conducive learning environment and offering comprehensive support for students' education and daily life needs. In parallel, recognizing the importance of cultural literacy, some of the contributions are directed towards Shanghai Sunrise Library, fueling initiatives that promote reading among rural children. This endeavor aspires to elevate rural children's reading proficiency and broaden their horizons, enabling them to traverse the world through the pages of books, despite geographical constraints. Notably, the donation received by Shanghai Ashine Public Welfare Development Center is earmarked for establishing village radio stations. These stations aspire to disseminate knowledge and kindness via the airwaves, illuminating every corner of rural communities. By doing so, they aspire to open windows to the outside world for rural children, enriching their intellectual landscapes and fostering a sense of connection. Furthermore, the ongoing collaboration between Basketball Empowerment Society and Guizhou Sanyuan Primary School continues with great momentum, a heartening testament to the collective effort to transform distant compassion into solid ground beneath the feet of mountain children. The hope is that this relay of dreams and aspirations will attract increasing numbers of participants, collectively turning these acts of kindness into lasting foundations for a brighter future for all involved.
