2023 Academic Year 2nd Semester: Foreign Teachers’ Summary Meeting

On the afternoon of June 27th, 2024, the Foreign Teachers' Summary Meeting was held in the auditorium of the Xianmian Building. The meeting was hosted by Ms. Hu Bo, High School Assistant Principal and Coordinator of the Foreign Teachers' Affairs Office, who expressed her heartfelt thanks to all the foreign teachers for their hard work and dedication throughout the semester. Ms. Liu Min and Ms. Zhang Li, Vice Principals of SHSID High School, and Ms. Liu Fang and Mr. Shen Tianyuan, Vice Principals of SHSID Primary and Middle School, attended the meeting together with other leaders.

Before the meeting started, a video of the foreign teachers' participation in the Clover volunteer activity this semester was shown, highlighting the volunteers’ enthusiasm and commitment to the school's public service initiatives.


During the meeting, the foreign teacher representatives from primary, middle, and high school reviewed the wonderful moments of the second semester of the 2023 academic year. They highlighted a myriad of different aspects, including subject activities, persoxnality education, professional development training, and extracurricular activities. At the same time, Mr. Lu Xuedan from the Foreign Teachers’ Affairs Office conveyed the notice issued by the school and urged the teachers to travel safely in the summer.

The meeting also included an award presentation session, in which Ms. Shen Chenli, the Head of High School English Department, and Ms. Shi Hanyue, the Chinese class teacher, presented certificates of appreciation to three foreign teachers who had actively participated in and excelled in their Chinese classes.

Through sharing wonderful moments, improving understanding, exchanging, and inspiring each other, the Foreign Teachers' Summary Meeting successfully concluded with a warm atmosphere, and everyone in attendance feeling full of inspiration and motivation for the upcoming school year. We look forward to seeing the creation of even more extraordinary opportunities for student development in the coming term.
