Middle School Science Department: Training on Class Management and Teaching Experience

On October 12, during the Teacher Professional Development Day, the Middle School Science Department held a training event themed “Class Management and Teaching Experience,” aimed at enhancing teachers' educational management skills and teaching quality. The event was hosted by the group leader, Ms. Du, and all science teachers actively participated.

Mr. Hampson was the first to take the stage, sharing vivid examples of effective techniques he has accumulated in class management. He also introduced several practical communication methods that greatly benefited the attending teachers. Following this, a group discussion was held where teachers exchanged ideas based on their teaching experiences and the real problems they encountered. The atmosphere during the discussion was very lively, with everyone expressing their opinions and learning from each other.



In the subsequent sharing session, Ms. Luo, who has many years of teaching experience, won unanimous praise for her profound educational foundation. She not only shared her class management strategies but also delved into the educational philosophies behind these strategies, encouraging young teachers to innovate and continuously explore management methods that suit them.



Finally, Group Leader Ms. Du gave a concluding speech. Drawing from her own classroom teaching experience, she shared methods for improving classroom efficiency within limited time. Ms. Du’s insights were both theoretically deep and practically instructive, bringing the training to a successful conclusion.



Through this training, all teachers expressed that they gained a lot, not only learning many practical class management techniques but also deepening their understanding of classroom teaching. It is believed that these valuable experiences will provide more support for their teaching journeys in the future.
