Grades 11-12: Brand New Posters

Taking a tour around XMT and ZXB in the middle of October, the homeroom classrooms are now colorfully decorated, proudly displaying the class posters of grades 11 and 12. The themes for grade 11 this year are "dream big and fly high", encouraging them to shoot high in the face of challenges they may face the coming year. For grade 12, the themes are "learning and dream chasing", referring to the year of chasing their dream universities.


Looking at the classrooms, seniors mainly focused on relating the theme to universities and applications. Posters featured prestigious school logos dotted around the wall, representing the main focus of their school year. Letters of acceptance were also featured icons. One class focused on the strength needed to survive senior year, decorating the wall with dumbbells. Many classes adhered closely to the theme, decorating the wall with posters reading “keep chasing your dreams” and “push boundaries and make it happen!” Another class featured postcards from every student containing their dreams and notes to their future selves.


It is clear from these various posters that this year, the students’ attention will be on fulfilling their dreams and building their future through learning.
