Puxi Campus G1-3: Art Festival
As the year draws to a close, the annual arts festival arrived as promised once again. On December 18, teachers and students from grades one to three of the SHSID (Puxi Campus) gathered together to celebrate this art-filled festival through music, dance, and drama. The venue was filled with laughter and joy, as the teachers and students showcased their talents and passion through brilliant performances, bringing warmth to the chilly winter days.

The festival officially began with the clear and moving voices of the school choir. With sincere singing, the students expressed the joy and blessings of the season, their melodious tunes instantly immersing the audience in a festive atmosphere.

The first-grade students presented performances full of childlike innocence. Through their tender yet earnest movements, they displayed the unique charm of their youthfulness, winning rounds of applause from the audience. Their effort and happiness touched every spectator, adding a touch of warmth and childlike joy to the festival.

The second-grade students, through moving songs, smooth dance moves, and expressive gestures, fully demonstrated their artistic potential and spirit of collaboration. With cheerful rhythms and creative choreography, their performances conveyed a genuine love for the festival and life.

Afterwards, Ms. Liu Lian, Principal of SHSID Middle and Primary School, Ms. Miao Xiaoling, Assistant Principal of SHSID Middle and Primary School, and Ms. Zhang Yi, Director of SHSID Puxi Campus Grade 1-3, drew lucky prizes for each grade and presented carefully prepared Christmas gifts to the winners. Applause and laughter filled the auditorium, pushing the festive atmosphere to its peak.

The third-grade students presented highly creative performances. Not only did they showcase their diverse talents, but they also conveyed themes of warmth and friendship through thoughtfully designed content, earning heartfelt admiration from the entire audience.

Next, the teachers ignited the enthusiasm of the crowd with a graceful yet powerful dance performance. Their energetic movements and seamless coordination allowed the students to see a different side of their teachers beyond the classroom. Applause and cheers erupted from the audience, once again elevating the atmosphere to new heights.

Following this, the boys' dance group delivered a performance full of strength and rhythm, captivating the audience with their dynamic moves and showcasing youthful vitality. The girls' dance group then took to the stage with elegant and graceful choreography, using fluid and emotive expressions to transport the audience into a beautiful and dreamlike artistic world, earning enthusiastic applause.

As the event drew to a close, Ms. Zhang Yi delivered a heartfelt speech. She highly commended the students for their outstanding performances and emphasized the importance of teamwork and hard work. Ms. Zhang noted that it was the collective effort and cooperation of every participant and supporter that made each part of the festival possible. She extended special thanks to the music teachers, behind-the-scenes staff, homeroom teachers, and parents, emphasizing that the festival's success was the result of everyone's dedication.

Finally, the string ensemble brought the festival to a perfect close with their melodious and enchanting music. Like the warm winter sun, their performance infused the entire event with profound and moving artistic resonance. The beautiful melodies lingered in the auditorium, leaving the audience immersed and reluctant to leave. This spectacular arts festival allowed everyone to experience the charm of art and the warmth of the campus, adding a bright and unforgettable touch to the cold season.
