January 7, 2026

As the Spring Festival approaches, classrooms are filled with a joyful and festive atmosphere. Led by the class poster monitors, students enthusiastically joined the effort to decorate their classrooms, creating a vibrant, lively environment with their own hands.

Entering the classroom of Class 11-1, one is immediately greeted by large red lanterns hanging high, their tassels swaying gently in the breeze, instantly brightening the entire space. When the lights inside the lanterns are turned on, the whole classroom seems to brighten up.At the back of Class 6, a carefully arranged "New Year Wishes Wall" is covered by colorful cards filled with the students’ aspirations, each word expressing hope for the coming year. The doors and windows of Class 7 are adorned with banners reading "Peace and Joy" and "Good Fortune and Prosperity," featuring lively cartoon patterns of little horses, with red backgrounds and golden characters standing out vividly. In Class 9, a string of pendants wishing "All the Best, Peace and Joy" hangs on the whiteboard, adding a festive touch to the classroom. Paper-cut decorations complement each other in every classroom, with every detail conveying a strong sense of the New Year spirit.

Some classrooms have strings of red and orange pom-poms hanging at their entrances, radiating warmth and joy. Others have festive streamers pinned to the walls, brimming with a lively and celebratory atmosphere. There are also classrooms with long New Year blessing messages pasted on the walls, making them the undeniable center of attention.

The students are full with smiles on their faces in this activity. The classrooms they decorated with their own hands hold their most promising hopes for the New Year.
