Insights from Excellence, Reflections for Growth —— MPTC New Teachers' Winter Orientation

As spring returns and all things flourish, it is time to gather strength and embark on a new journey. MPTC held a training session for new teachers on the 27th at the start of the new semester.



During the winter vacation, new teachers observed and studied recordings of several high-quality demo classes taught by outstanding teachers from different subjects and of various lesson types in the previous semester.


Insights gained from others must ultimately be transformed into one's own unique perspectives. During the core exchange session of the training, the new teachers took turns taking the stage to share their personal reflections. They drew on the outstanding lessons they had observed— some within their own disciplines and others across subject areas—to articulate what they had seen, contemplated, and gained. Through innovation grounded in imitation and breakthroughs achieved through reflection, these young teachers are progressing from simply becoming competent instructors to truly effective educators.

























As spring hills come into view, the future is full of promise. This sharing session was not only a profound learning experience but also a powerful catalyst for growth. As the new teachers looked to the heights achieved by others, they clarified their own direction of development and, through reflection, gathered renewed strength for the journey ahead. Carrying inspiration and thoughtful insight into the new semester, they will integrate what they have learned into daily classroom practice, injecting fresh vitality into the school’s pursuit of high-quality development.
