Grade 3 Math: My Daily Life Vlog

During math class on Nov. 23rd, Grade 3 students presented their “My Daily Life Vlog” videos based on what they have learned about time and elapsed time. Math is closely related to our daily life. In the previous chapter, students learned how to express time in multiple ways as well as how time elapses. Recording what they do in daily life is an optimal way to reinforce their learning while also building a better sense of time. Some recorded going to a museum with parents, some described jogging with friends, some shared the experiences of quiet reading at home and so forth. This math project has helped students better understand the importance of time and also time management.
