Grade 8: Badminton Competition

Two weeks ago, every class in the eighth grade selected representatives of girls and boys to play in the boy’s single, boy’s double and girl’s single. After playing hard, class 8(4) and class 8(9) beat the other classes, and was in the final round of the badminton competition, which started on the 19th of November, at 12:30 pm. Boy’s double came first, with Jonathan and Ronaldo from 8(4) against Bailey and Larry from 8(9). Class 8(4) cleverly won against class 8(9), but this did not daunt Soei from class 8(9), who beat Britney from class 8(4) after. With both sides having the same scores, the winner of the badminton competition would depend on the result of the boy’s single. After several minutes of competing, Jonathan from class 8(4) won against Larry from class 8(9), and made them the winner of the badminton competition. After all, it was an exciting and fun competition!
