7th Grade: Biology “Science Guru” Club

Have you heard of the Science Guru Club? It’s the coolest club in school, and it’s for people who love biology. The members are students from grade 7 and they all love science projects. Ashley, Yolanda and Alicia have been investigatingBipolaris cactivora (Petrak)Alcorn, a ˋkillerˊ! It causes black rot disease in imported Pitaya in Shanghai. In this project, they also came up with several measures to prevent the disease. Solving problems with science is awesome! We encourage students to find solutions through research and experiments. By doing these projects, students developed an enthusiasm and interest for science.
